Welcome to TLP Travels by The Unisoul ("TLP Travels", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, making a booking, requesting a quotation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

TLP Travels by The Unisoul provides travel-related services including, but not limited to, holiday packages, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing tours, cruises, visa assistance, travel insurance assistance, and other travel arrangements across Asia and other destinations.

Our Role

TLP Travels by The Unisoul acts either as:

• A travel organizer for selected travel packages; and/or

• An intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, visa processing agencies, attraction operators, and destination management companies.

All services remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of written confirmation.

• Travelers are responsible for reviewing all booking details and informing us immediately of any errors.

• Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation is issued.

Payment Policy

• Payments must be made according to the schedule communicated at the time of booking.

• Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

• Applicable taxes, government charges, tourism taxes, visa fees, and supplier fees may be additional unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges vary according to the airline, hotel, cruise line, activity provider, or other supplier involved.

• Certain bookings may be fully non-refundable from the time of confirmation.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after funds are received from the respective suppliers.

• Service charges, processing fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, and convenience fees may be non-refundable.

Amendments & Changes

• Any request for modification of travel dates, passenger names, itineraries, or services is subject to supplier approval and availability.

• Additional charges may apply for amendments.

• TLP Travels by The Unisoul is not responsible for any increase in supplier costs resulting from requested changes.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

• Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and other required travel documents.

• Most destinations require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the intended travel date.

• Failure to meet entry requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the Company shall not be liable.

Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Where visa assistance is provided:

• TLP Travels by The Unisoul acts only as a facilitator.

• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority.

• Visa fees and service fees may be non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

• The Company does not guarantee visa approval or processing timelines.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Lost baggage

• Personal liability

• Emergency evacuation

The Company shall not be responsible for losses that could otherwise be covered by travel insurance.

Supplier Responsibility

Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, cruise operators, tour operators, and activity providers are independent entities.

TLP Travels by The Unisoul shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Schedule changes

• Hotel overbookings

• Service interruptions

• Supplier insolvency

• Loss of baggage

• Personal injury caused by third-party providers

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Earthquakes

• Severe weather

• Pandemics

• Government restrictions

• Political instability

• War

• Terrorism

• Civil unrest

• Strikes

Customer Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and comply with local laws and regulations.

The Company reserves the right to terminate travel arrangements without refund where a traveler:

• Engages in illegal activities;

• Causes disruption to fellow travelers;

• Poses a risk to safety or property;

• Violates supplier policies.

Pricing Accuracy

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, TLP Travels by The Unisoul reserves the right to correct any pricing or system errors and may cancel or amend bookings affected by such errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to the Company for the affected booking.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from travel services.

Complaints

Any complaint must be reported:

• Immediately during travel whenever possible; and

• In writing within 07 days of completion of travel.

Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, and materials are the property of TLP Travels by The Unisoul and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms

TLP Travels by The Unisoul reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
