Payment, Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and issuance of written confirmation by TLP Travels by The Unisoul.

Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Failure to make payment by the stipulated deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

  • Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation is issued.

  • Applicable taxes, government levies, visa fees, tourism taxes, and supplier charges shall be payable by the traveler unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through official communication channels of TLP Travels by The Unisoul.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies and approval of the respective suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transfer providers, cruise operators, activity providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other travel service providers.

TLP Travels by The Unisoul acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee any refund where a supplier declines or restricts refund eligibility.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings may be fully or partially non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Promotional or discounted airline tickets

  • Non-refundable hotel rates

  • Attraction tickets and passes

  • Transfers and transportation services

  • Cruises and ferry tickets

  • Visa fees and visa processing charges

  • Travel insurance premiums

  • Supplier-imposed non-refundable services

Supplier Denied Refunds

Where a supplier, airline, hotel, transfer provider, cruise company, ferry operator, attraction provider, or any other service provider refuses or denies a refund, the traveler acknowledges and agrees that the refund amount payable by TLP Travels by The Unisoul may be Nil (₹0).

In such cases, no refund shall be due from TLP Travels by The Unisoul beyond any amount, if any, actually recovered from the supplier.

Service Charges

Any service fees, consultation fees, processing fees, convenience fees, bank charges, payment gateway charges, or administrative charges charged by TLP Travels by The Unisoul may be non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, processing may take between 15 and 60 business days depending upon the supplier, airline, hotel, banking institution, payment gateway, and applicable regulations.

Amendments and Rescheduling

Requests for changes to travel dates, names, itineraries, hotels, flights, transfers, or other services are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional charges and fare differences may apply.

No-Show Policy

Failure to utilize any booked service, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, cruises, ferries, or activities, shall be treated as a no-show and may result in a 100% cancellation charge with no refund.
